Can you please help, if there are some instructions handy. I am having difficulty for following fields
1. Manner of Last Entry : I think it should be PAR:PAROLEE YES. I USED SAME FOR MY WIFE
2. Current Immigration Status : Again think should be PAR:PAROLEE YES
3. There is a field where it asks for previous EAD's. I am not sure of the date when i applied last time, what date i should put, the date from which EAD is valid ?
I take this has to be the date of application. We didn't remember the exact application date for one of the EADs - we entered an approximate Date
4. Also i have applied for EAD twice, do we need to put the information for both of them. The information is not required...but its better to enter it
5. Other Names/Aliases : I think it should be 'None' in my case as i never had any other name, am i right or should it be left blank.
6. for Eligibility status i think the value should be : (c)(9) FILED I-485 YES
I am in EB2, pririty date Aug 2006. last entry to US Jan 2010 using Advance Parole.

If you have an appointment letter and a relieving letter from your past employer, that should prove that you worked for that employer.
A detailed experience certificate as mentioned above could prove your experience in the specified skillset.

Thanks for your interest. We did consider all three of them but when we did more research, we found that all three of them did not get their Green Card on EB category. They had come here because their parents had come here.

OK - good point. Linus Torvalds was an H1/green card immigration to my knowledge, and he would make a good addition to the list.

Is our fax campaign continuing or on hold for the time being?
We have learnt some lessons at the time of S1932. Our campaign was dead after HR4241 was passed and we were waiting for conference committe to be announced. This was the period when the campaign of NumbersUSA and FAIR actually peaked. They in fact advised members to stop faxes two days before the conference committee was announced. Their organizers knew how the conferences work and they finished work before the committee was formally announced.
Of course with QGA guiding us this time we are not going to repeat that mistake. Our campaigns should focus on senate and house separately & exactly when it is needed and must reach peak just at right time. With limited options available to us as 'aliens', actually meeting representitives or their staff should be the approach. One meeting is equal to ten faxes.

4. Even if they harp upon your stay of 6 months without a status, it should be wiped clean once you were admitted back in to the country. I think there is a precedent and law for this. cannot recall it right now.
5. I think they are looking for information from your side and the burden of proof is on you to prove that you have been in legal status. Provide all the documentation and sit back. In case of any issues attorney's are there to handle it...

Better check with your lawyer. Becuase when you apply for 485 and get approved your wife's H4 status becomes illegal. So don't know exactly about H1 or H4 on advanced parole. Lawyer is the best person for your case.

i dont get it...how come programmers guild gets a say in everything when they cant even get members to join or to even get people to be on their board of directors?
i have not seen one resume of an american tech worker that lists programmers guild as an association they belong to. Still.. how to they get solicited for opinions every day and Kim Berry keeps using strong rheotric to influence public opinion? What about his war on legal immigrants?

Is medical coverage provided by the company to all other employees?
If so, there is no reason why you should be denied coverage, H1 or not...
Otherwise, there is no legal obligation from the employer to provide medical insurance to his employees.

I have a question abt the recent contributions. Of late i have seen a SHARP drop in contributions. Have we reached a plateau now, or are the contributions not updated live?
Also i have a question abt what the agreement is with QGA. Do they do nothing till we pay the $200k or do they do things in installments (like our immigration lawyers ;)). A lot of non members, but possibly potential contributors keep asking me abt the same. If the board can answer this question i would appreciate it. If you do not want to post that info on here, please send me a Private Message.

GUYS, YOUR PRIORITY DATE IS 2006 and why you are asking for the premium processing when many of your friends are still waiting to file their I 140 or I 485.

I'm understanding now and thanks but I still didn't understand why a guy from EB3 ROW with PD March 2004 is receiving now I-485 approval (GC) if the last VB shows 01 AUG, 2002?
